I booked a Prime room and was given a king room as an upgrade. They also helped changing the room because my pool was a bit dusty (This is not at their control since the area has dust). Everything was amazing we enjoyed our stay and for sure will come in future. They also gave us a 15% discount for our next trip. The rooms were really spacious and clean.
I have seen reviews and complaints about the internet, but I didn't face this issue. We also had Netflix on TV.
There is Talabat delivery also.

I really liked that guy who works there saw us before our check in and helped us get in before our check in by a bit because of the heat , respect for the keeper was always there for us✊🏽❤️

Barcelo Hotel, previously the Millenium Hotel, is really one of the hotels that I enjoyed staying at. It is relaxing, far from the city noise. I enjoy the food, the stroll along the beach, the accommodating staffs, and the comfy rooms. I will keep coming back here.

Nice place but casual in lot of aspect. Allotment of correct rooms as per booking, not being dishonest about giving a faulty room ( at least apologise for randomly joining two single beds and pushing it as double bed.Actually There should be a refund for wrong room. There was a lamp shade hitting your head in centre, no side table, no universal charging points, cleanliness questionable, bed crawling with ants by night etc).
Food menu ( BF, Dinner) requires improvement to cater to larger audience.

The check in was so bad they ask you to pay in advance at the time of check in which is so bad .They have no trust on customers .
The furniture in the rooms is out dated. Cleaning need more attention.
I am sorry to see this standard of the hotel in a such beautiful place.

what I like is the tranquil atmosphere and the balcony view...

what I didn't like is that the hotel needs major renovation and maintenance for the rooms and the carpets to be changed as it smells of mould. and the food in restaurants needs to be updated as its been years with the same menu, also they need to find ways to make the food more hygienic and to be covered.

The morning walk and the coffee. The breakfast which include continental and Arabic. The chef cooking so much can enjoy. I do recommend this FACILITIES for family that having kids.
Spent a night with friends as part of a fishing trip. Convenient as our boat was docked in the hotel marina. This is a massive hotel with a lot of outside green areas and possibly had a kids park and activities as well but can’t remember details of these for sure. It’s about an hour away from Muscat I believe. The breakfast was excellent and rooms were 4 star at least. Lobby and corridors were a bit dated and need renovation. Overall good value and convenient location for our needs.
I had a wonderful experience at coastline resort . Every staff member I encountered, from the the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help!especially receptionist Thank you! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, . They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
