A place worth recommending. Perfect location. It's hard to find a better base for exploring the canyons. Very helpful host of the guesthouse. The facility is atmospheric, clean and well-equipped. It is important to remember the local climatic conditions, where water is a scarce commodity. If I'm in those areas again, I'll definitely go back there.

Excellent location, in a super spot in Jebal Shams. Hamid is an amazing host who treated us like his own family.

We had a great stay at Sunset View Hill! You have the entire house to yourself, and it's located in a peaceful spot between the mountains. From the house, we walked 2 minutes up the mountain to calmly watch the sunset. It's a 20-30 minute drive to the starting point of the balcony walk, which was manageable without a 4WD.
We were a bit late returning to the house after the walk and couldn’t check out on time, but the host was very understanding and friendly about it! The breakfast was also very delicious.

A very neat house with all necessary facilities. Although not near the summit of Jebel Shams, it is high enough to enjoy excellent views - and its own location is stunning. We requested dinner and breakfast, and both were adequate. Everything is exceptionally clean and things work. We got lost looking for the house (our fault because we didn't have adequate GPS coverage but the owners went out of their way to come find and us and escort us to the house.

Private place, no interference, If you or your Kids are domestic animal lover, Don't forget to carry animal feed, you will find goats and sheep around.
Being pleasant weather you can find some mosquitoes outdoor, please carry mosquitoes repellent cream. All the windows are having insect protection with net, you will not find mosquito inside the room.
You will not find grocessary store near by, don't forget to carry required stuff at least from the last know location at Al Hamra filling station.
