The hotel is in a fantastic central location and was very clean with staff that were very hospitable. I loved the fact that there was always complimentary arabic coffee and dates available in the lobby to sit and relax with or while you wait for something. The staff were always keen to help, and all our requests were accommodated. We came back from the desert in the morning from an overnight stay one day so our room couldn't be made up during the normal service time as we were using it during the morning period, we asked for it to be done later and it was done. We asked for late check-out as we were leaving for another town for our final night, and this was given complimentary. The airport transfer for 10 OMR is good value given what some independent operators charge. The communal areas were well looked after, we made use of the pool and steam room on a few days and it was nice amenity to have that helped us relax during down time. Plenty of toiletries provided and restocked for our room, and lots of bottled water provided to the point we didn't need to purchase any while out. The in room amenities such as the iron and hair dryer were excellent quality and were effective like ones you have at home unlike some types that are often in hotels and we appreciated there was fridge. Lots of wardrobe and drawer storage space for personal possessions. This is a good hotel to stay if you want to reduce the amount of time you need to hire and use a car while staying in Salalah.

Hotel is beautiful,clean,near the mall and market...but what makes hotel more beautiful and our stay comfortable is their staff ....helpful staff and friendly ...they genuinely help...from airport pickup we met mr.Tareq and he recommended many places to visit.....during breakfast we met chef sanjeewa and samsul..and they served us personally yummy waffles by chef sanjeewa and delicious omlette by samsul....also masala dosa..chef sanjeewa also suggested close by tourist attractions....we stayed their 3 nights and both chef were so amazing...housekeeping staff marry and at breakfast we met melbin all of their exceptional service makes our stay comfortable also at the reception Ahmed ...also some of the staff I don't even remember the name but they helped us when we were checking out with bags etc...breakfast is amazing everyday different and delicious too ..i am thankful to all the staff because I was traveling with my 8 Months old daughter but their staff made our stay comfortable....
