Was pleasantly surprised with this house, which was huge ! very clean and had everything we needed. just a couple minutes away from the turtle reserve. would definitely recommend this place, especially for a family.

You stay at this place to join the turtle watching tours in the evening or at dawn. While we were visiting outside the peak season we were lucky to have a sighting the evening we were there. Even better the next morning we walked to the magnificent adjacent beach and were lucky to see a baby turtle manage to walk from its hatching site to the sea, together with a couple of curious ghost crabs. This was the highlight of our two weeks in Oman. The museum on the first floor is well done and worth a visit. Food for breakfast and dinner, as was the case everywhere else we stayed, was excellent. Staff friendly and obliging, also excellent guide for the turtle watch.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, even offering fluffy white towels to take to the beach. Breakfast was good and individually prepared. The hotel is situated conveniently close to the main road but a good 10 min walk from the beach.
