Nice and spacious 1 bedroom apartments suitable for family with kids. Also the room is equipped with a small kitchen having microwave, fridge and a washing machine as well. Makes it great for a family trip
Duqum is a new city under construction. The city center is still under construction and tiny but you will find all the needed for your stay there.
The road Muscat-Duqum it self is a beautiful journey! It’s nice to take some off roads paths to take a break on pristine beaches (Khaluf-nafun). You will see camels every where and sand dunes!
Duqum has a lot of nice beaches all along the city and down to ras madraka. We loved the mix of dunes and rocks. The place is still very natural and wild.

the room and toilets were very small and the price was very expensive compared to what has been offered. the most disaster thing was the front desk. at first we called the hotel asking them to change our date of arrival. they have confirmed it with the new date, once we arrive they told us they are not expecting us to arrive, I have explained to them at least two time and the checking-in took very long time. the Indian person at the front desk doesn't know anything on how to handle his job. after the checking out, we still received a call from the hotel for the same issues.
The breakfast was very nice and the staff were very friendly and supportive.

As a tour Guide and leader I have to think a lot before booking any hotel for a stay . I have chosen this hotel for the 3 consecutive years for the stay of my group of friends. Mr Dawud has been exceptionally good for these years and always received a great and warm welcome from him, and arranged everything as requested.
A great place to stay and customisation Of beds also available . Nice and clean rooms. I highly recommend the place to everyone.
What to say? Almost impossible to find. Arrived after dark and building was totally dark. Telephone nr from Booking not working, found two numbers on the building, first one not working either. After about an hour managed to find a lane behind the hotel. All other roads closed. Eventually got a hold of a guy who seem to know nothing. Seven people had to share five towels, that was all they got. The whole place was a construction site.
we got all the care and attentions from all the staff to get the most comfort stay in the hotel. the rooms are clean and wide and suitable to have good comfortable time. the reception is nice and you get a welcome drink in addition to coffee and dates.
