super nice hotel in a quiet area a bit outside of Muscat (45min drive) hotel is located in an own area/port. the private beach is in walking distance (5-6min walk along the port) and very beautiful, with bar, sunchairs, bathroom, ...
we had breakfast and dinner included, both had a huge buffet with a big variety of food. they also have two restaurants next to the hotel (japanese & turkish).
the room was big enough for 2 people, big bathroom and balcony included.

The apartment is very spacious. There were lots of places for us to group together and take part in various activities such as card games or reading or chatting.
It's perfectly located on the marina with ease of access to the surrounding facilities.
There is a little store to get the basics from. Restaurants at the hotel and the pool club and beach.
Had an amazing experience! The stunning ocean views from the villa were lovely and should definitely not miss the Sunrise. The spacious and well-appointed rooms, combined with the serene beachfront location, made it a perfect getaway. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing a lovely ambience.
The staff are very good and helpful. The location is the best, the wonderful balcony overlooking the marina. Everything is a few minutes' walk from the apartment.
We got access to the hotel's swimming pool, which is just below the apartment.
I strongly recommend dealing with Wateera properties.
Very nice “costal town” resort at the marina. Absolutely top cuisine. You can swim in the sea right next to the hotel, but it's a short drive to a proper sandy beach (which is beautiful btw.)
