The apartment is very nice and well furnished and in a top location near the souq, the fort and restaurants. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom was fully equipped, with a hairdryer, toothbrush and other toiletries. The city of Nizwa and the surrounding area is definitely worth a visit.

We were scamed by this hotel. Instead of fulfilling our reservation for three people apartment we received double bed . They made the change before our arrival and did not consider our complaint. We received only matrace to sleep on the floor and my husband had to do this for three nights. Therefore we hardly recommend not choosing this hotel!

Whole place smelled extremely like frankincense when we walked in, it was covered in smoke and we couldn’t get the smell out which gave us headaches. We know it’s normal to use frankincense but this was way to much. Room number 1 is not good, it feels like sleeping on the street. There is noise all night and it’s hard to get some rest. If you shower, whole bathroom is covered with water. Sadly, we can’t recommend Bait Alharah.

The accommodation was very modern compared to other options in Nizwa, and the location is perfect—right by the Souq, Nizwa Fort, and the delicious food at Shawathin. The value for money was excellent, and Ali, the manager, was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive, with very good English. We felt well taken care of and would definitely stay here again!

I really liked the room, which was very stylish and comfortable. We took the option with private external bathroom and it is like a small studio so you actually have privacy. It also has nice terrace with places to sit.
