A wonderfully unique experience with our hosts who were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The property was unique and stunning with beautiful views and a fantastic experience. The site is so close to the Hobiton experience plus close to Hamilton for the wonderful gardens plus a very interesting car museum. Plus close to Hamilton is Raglan - a very lovely estuary, sea-side experience. Breakfast at our property was exceptional and the company of our knowledgeable and so welcoming hosts was a wonderful experience and difficult to be repeated.

Had everything we needed for our stay. The location was gorgeous, the kids loved seeing the cows in the fields and the rabbits around the property. Super close to the Hobbiton site which was the reason for our visit to the area but would definitely go back and spend longer at Peoria Hills Cottage, it was super relaxing.

This was the cutest apartment we stayed in during our time in New Zealand: The room was decorated perfectly, you could sense how much love the hosts put into every detail. The location is a bit remote which meant it was quiet and peaceful. Our highlights were the calves right in front of our room and the AMAZING self-made breakfast. We will come back for sure!
