We had a fabulous 4 night stay in the main cottage. It felt totally private, had good facilities if you wanted to self-cater and the most amazing view of the ocean - absolutely breath taking. There were native birds galore and the most magnificent tropical gardens to explore. Peter, the co-owner and garden maestro, met us on our arrival with a glass of champagne and a garden tour. He made us feel very welcome and gave lots of useful local advice. The property is only a 15 minute stroll down to the main shop and cafe of Tryphena. Plus the Currach Irish pub and the Social club are in the same vicinity - no need to drive if you'd like a drink with your meal.

Great house with a fantastic view. Lots of lovely birds around. The host made us feel very welcome. The kitchen was very well equipped. Good and comfortable beds. Even though we were off-grid we missed nothing. The Wi-Fi worked well but sometimes a bit slow.
