The quiet and the birdsong in the morning. The empty fields. The proximity to the National Park and scenic drives around Lake Taupo. The two-bedroom unit is a comfortable size. Nice to sort of take a 'cure' and bathe in the pools a couple of times a day and relax.

Everything is perfect. Greeted by Lynn on arrival who explained everything to us. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean, generous breakfast options and a very quiet area, easy to find. The hot tub was very welcome after the Tongariro Alpine Crossing hike, as was the use of a bbq to grill some steaks and sweet corn for an easy night-in. We could easily have stayed longer and strongly recommend this fabulous place, thanks Lynn.
