Check in was so easy, as a single mother traveling with an 8 year old, a 6 year old and a 5 month year old, I appreciated that the staff immediately came to my aid to transport my luggage to my room for me and offered to help with my kids as I settled in. We had planned to spend the night at a hotel as our flight to ChirstChurch was coming in late and this hotel offerred a free airport pick/drop.
The shuttle pickup was smooth when we reached ChristChurch quite late. We got a drop to the airport the next day and we could get a rental and get on with our SOuth Island road-trip.
