Such a relaxing stay, and the view from bed was just unbelievable. Lauren is a great host. She made sure we're all sorted and even had snacks for us. Squeaky clean room 👌. And it's way nicer than the pictures!

This is a large, sunny, very clean house with gorgeous views of the beach, within a 5 minute walk of a grocery store. The beds were super comfortable and the lounge is really large, with plenty of room for a big family - the house has 2 double beds and 3 singles. It has excellent heating too, and a wide deck overlooking the ocean. Located 15-20 mins drive north of Thames. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely sleepy area, lots of natural sites and experiences in a walkable distance. Right in the middle of Thames and Coromandel townships so a great base for exploring. If you are a confident driver, the Tapu Coroglen Rd takes you to the totally different beaches and experiences on the other side.

We loved the view out the living room and main bedroom windows. Very comfortable with good amenities. Lovely beach and appreciated the sense of history displayed in photos. Just what we needed and would recommend.

Liked everything.
Liked everything. The hosts were kind to give us a bowl full of home grown Sweet Figs. They were delicious. Great Place to stay - beautiful sunset views and full moon views. Not very crowded yet not far from the amenities.
Location, on sea front with lovely views including sunset. Owners not on site, but prompt & friendly email communication. Very clean & well stocked cottage including nice continental breakfast supplies
Just a minute’s drive away to Royal Oak Hotel for dinner - lovely fish & chips, and an excellent medium-rare steak!
A good choice and ample of it for breakfast. Location is right on the water with excellent views Could fish from the beach. Only drawback was road noise but little traffic at night so ok.
