Everything was perfect. Bob and Lynn, owners of the motel, were excellent in accommodating all our needs. Lynn helped us with our heavy luggage, and Bob allowed us to check out two hours later than the predetermined 10am, as we were leaving Paihia later in the day. Bob also gave us some very good recommendations about where to have dinner at Russell. Dear Bob and Lynn, Thank you very much for the excellent service.
