Lovely room with sitting area and own kitchenette. Supplies left for breakfast were great. OJ delicious and having plunger coffee great didn't even get that in some hotels I stayed at. Loved the themed rooms.

The location was perfect as was the accommodation. Sharon and Darren were wonderful hosts
Unfortunately we were there for a family funeral. So did not visit the beach.
However we did enjoy Two Fat Chefs for breakfast the next morning.
We were able to dine out the back as we had our small dog with us.

There is easy access to the beach, which is pleasant to walk along. Plenty of food options are available, such as cafes, takeaways, restaurants, etc. The local shops are a nice change. It is a friendly community with a pleasant summer environment.

A long beach which is tidal so check tides as the beach does...
A long beach which is tidal so check tides as the beach does disappear sometimes when the tide is high. A good beach for walking along when it is not too windy. If the wind is blowing it may not be so pleasant.
Waterfront Cafe is located at this beach and it was really relaxed and good food.

Our choice of this motel was for convenient for visiting friends and relatives in the area. We did walk along the beach on a cold and windy day and enjoyed watching the activities on the beach. The shops and eating places we visited were of a high standard.

Bed was comfortable.

Small note. No tea towel as we like to wash and dry our dishes we use. No chopping board either.

The beach is a very relaxing area with good cafes and some shops but walking is the best way to get around.
Kapiti Island visits are worthwhile and for shopping, Coastlands is worth a visit but it is a small mall.

A tastefully decorated clean and comfortable space with exclusive use of the spa pool. Cereals, toast with spreads , teas/ coffees and fresh juice for breakfast. Quiet & private, easy walk to Paraparaumu Beach and shops. Excellent value and would happily stay again.
Very spacious and relaxing. Loved the balcony to sit and enjoy a quiet drink. We arrived about 30 mins early and there was no problem checking in then. Super close to Paraparaumu Beach, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again
Having stayed at previous U hotels I had expected some cooking facilities other than a microwave so was disappointed to find I couldn't cook a basic meal for the kids.
Amazing location. Pristine apartment with tons of space. Stunning bathroom with amazing shower. Probably the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in in New Zealand.
