The apartment was very well presented and had everything we needed (including beach towels, a foot bath to make it easy to get off the sand, paper towels and scissors - so thoughtful!). It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner was lovely and went out of her way to help us (including a late check out and bag storage, which was very much appreciated). We loved the location - right across the road from the gorgeous beach and so close to 3 really great eating places (highly recommend the restaurant Three Seven Two for a meal). Also it's very easy to get to the apartment by bus. Perfect spot for a beach holiday - summer or winter. Would definitely look to stay again.

All facilities there that would be needed by most people for their stay. Good public transport services. Charley Farleys restaurant and bar a great spot with outdoor space for enjoying a meal / drink with a stunning view of the beach

Great hostel. Well organized and clean. Wonderful view to dine outside. Bit of a climb up the stairs from the bus stop. The road walk was slightly longer but easier. Beach was beautiful and bus transport very efficient.

The hotel was great it was in the best location on the island for our getaway, the staff were lovely and helpful, and the two main restaurants were brilliant Charlies on the Corner was great for breakfast, lunch and drinks, and the beach was so clean and spacious, bit fresh in the morning but amazing.

The beach was the nicest I have ever visited.
The beach was the nicest I have ever visited. Onetangi Beachfront Apartments are expensive but well worth the charge. There is a pub nearby and at least two restaurants on the beachfront. With perfect weather, a perfect holiday.

Onetangi Beach itself is beautiful and has wonderful views to Coromandel and the wider Gulf. There are several great places to eat and there are excellent wineries and breweries not far away. Easy to walk around the beach and cafe area and the Island bus service is easy and inexpensive if you don’t have a car.

In a fantastic elevated location, that overlooks beautiful Onetangi Bay, and a great almost central base, within short driving distances (we hired a car) to most of the island’s attractions and facilities, Robyn and Leighton are the consummate hosts; friendly, and very helpful, making our stay a most comfortable one.
Well-appointed, very clean, and private, but not isolated, the apartment was the perfect spot for our 3-day stay on Waiheke.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The caravan was perfect for the 2 of us. Bed was really comfortable. Facilities nice and handy and clean with little extras added in the bathroom in case you forgot something. Perfect private setting in amongst trees filled with birds. Handy to lots of restaurants and the beach at Onetangi. With Ostend a 5 min drive away. Wifi not great but we didn’t go there to sit on our phones.
We could of walked to the batch winery 15 mins max. Next time maybe. we will be back. So quiet, and amazing views. Need a car yes, but we got a local taxi to onetangi and ki maha amazing night.
Everything you need is here, would love to return in summer to use the pool area to it's full potential. Our stay was perfect. Even had local wildlife visit often Sophie!
