Location was perfect for cycling the Otago Rail Trail as it is just metres off the trail and well signposted. I got lucky and had the house to myself. Loved the decor and the feel of the house. Shower was great and bed very comfortable. The breakfast was fab as almost everything was home made.

Great location for a base to ride the cycle trails. The room was comfortable with a great bed and good showers. It was clean and well supplied. The owner gave us good maps and a place to store our bikes. He let us store our car for an overnight park as we shuttled the trail. We appreciated the laundry. We would use this place again

Location, cleanliness, and the quality of linens and amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, selection of tea, coffee etc. Breakfast was served with freshly baked eggs and brewed coffee. This is one of the nicest apartments we have stayed. Very clean and comfortable. My partner even commented on how good the joinery work was in the bathroom. Beautiful location and you can see the Southern Cross from the bathroom in the evening along with the Clock on the cliff. The neighbour also had quinces to give away and the quince jelly is made and the quince paste is in the oven.
