Amazing location which is what you are paying for the rooms whilst comfortable and clean badly need updating especially the bathrooms. We found much cheaper prices for the tours than at the hotel tour desk.
Breakfast was good with the usual fare on offer.

Location, location, location! Right smack in he heart of Queenstown with everything in walking distance. The room was large with floor to ceiling windows, a balcony, fridge, sofa, large flat screen, washer/dryer … everything of home minus the dogs. The bed was seriously comfortable and I had to make myself get up to start my day. Definitely will be back!

the room was bright, clean and well presented with the two large beds and plenty of room to move around for the three of us - two teenage boys and their grandmother!
The pool facilities with the hot tub were fabulous and the boys spent considerable time in both. Room service was also good and we were able to relax in front of the TV in our room. Staff were helpful and obliging.
