The staff were generally friendly and the room was as expected (although we were staying in a room with capacity for four people, we had three people staying and yet only 2 mugs, 2 spoons etc - we had to ask for more). The beds were definitely comfy as everyone else has said. The harbour view was nice. The location is good if you are walking everywhere locally.
