There was nothing to dislike. Lovely big bath with bubbles. There were snacks on the table and a lovely selection of teas, coffee, and breakfast items. The hosts were so lovely. We would definitely stay again.

The views were absolutely incredible! We visited during the winter and our hosts provided a lovely wood-burning fire for us in the main living area. It was extremely clean and we had a lovely breakfast each morning of granola, yogurt, fruit and porridge. The hosts also gave us really useful tips for exploring Taranaki and New Plymouth. We were well- located for exploring New Plymouth and Taranaki by our car.

Great place to stay. Beds were very comfortable indeed.
Breakfast had a great selection to choose from. Location was good, not too far from the centre of things.

Inglewood is just a typical small NZ town.. nothing remarkable. But it provides fairly close access to Mount Taranaki, with its walks and the Rhododendron festival, and not too far from the Forgotten Highway with its splendid rural hilly scenery.
There are a range of places to eat including things like Subway, pizza shops, cafés and full restaurants. The hotel has a full restaurant service but not on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The shopping centre is unremarkable but provides for all ordinary needs such as banks, post office, supermarkets and so on. Town very safe.
