The heat pump was on for us, the house was beautifully clean and welcoming. It's charming well furnished home with good beds and plenty of bedding. The bed did have slight roll together, which didn't trouble us over much.
There are plenty of kitchen items if you want to cook. We just brought takeaways with us.

The cottage is a gem! Location is nice, view is spectacular. Hugh and Jude are very nice host and made the place very welcoming. It’s just 5 minutes walk to the local pub and the famous fishwife. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

We were travelling through Moeraki as part of a long road trip of the South Island, and this cute tiny stay appeared in the search. It's in a great location, has everything one would need, and best of all - there are two highland cows in a paddock right behind it. For some reason these became my favourite things on the NZ trip.

It was clean, wonderful hosts, everything you needed was provided.

Four square store well stocked, and easy to get around.
Hampden pub was nice to eat and relax for the whole family. They have games for kids to play, pingpong, table tennis and fus ball.
