Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to. Property has all needed amenities to enjoy your time there. Heaters in every room and enough to sleep 6 people comfortably.
The Garston Lodge is a heritage building. It is obviously older, but well maintained. Room was small, but fine for a single person. Tea, when I got there was much appreciated. Breakfast, self serve, was also excellent.
The Garston Lodge is a little oasis on the Garston-Athol Highway en route to Queenstown. Made the booking while on the road and were pleasantly surprised. Warm and comfy, a great sleep.
