Upon arriving we were met with friendly staff in the restaurant and it felt warm and inviting. The chalet was neat and simple. Dinner at the restaurant was wonderful and stroll down to the river was nice too. Overall a great stay.

It felt private and exclusive, there is only the one apartment. It was beautiful to be up in the mountains with the views and not so cold in mid Nov that I couldn't go for a stroll on dusk to listen for birds. It is close to the train line but that's the nature of the pass and did not disturb my sleep. I wouldn't risk the shower in case of slipping but lowered the amazing shower so it didn't spray. Lovely modern bathroom
