Mont’s cottage and gardens were so charming and well cared for. The host left a fruit, milk, bread for guest use. The beach access was a bonus. We spent a month in New Zealand and this was one of our favorite places we stayed.

Upon arrival Elizabeth said she could include us for dinner that night - it was excellent! The facilities are impeccable and the good nature of the hosts seemed to rub off on all the guests. Selwyn treated us to a beach spin in Radar his amphibious ATV. Great fun! And the lodge is appropriately named - we enjoyed a beautiful sunset over the Tasman Sea.
