The room was comfortable, quiet and well equipped. The Lodge has a nice restaurant with excellent waiters (greetings to Deepak and colleagues - the most attentive waiters ever), a calm garden with a variety of birds (and hammocks :), a very well organized, friendly manager who is able to design a trip to Chitwan Nationalpark EXACTLY how you imagine it. We booked a two days walking safari with two Homestays in Tharu Villages and were guided by two experienced, professional and funny guides. Ask for Vishnu and Lakshmi and you will have a safe and great experience. We saw a bear, monkeys, many insects and birds, two rhinos and a group of buffalos crossing the river. All in all a very nice experience and we will come back :))

Amazing quiet location, but the best part was the staff. They did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible; first of all they picked us up from the bus station, gave a free room upgrade, took care of all our tours.
We also really loved the food in the hotel, especially pancakes and paneer curry.
The guide that we got was very professional and knowledgeable.

Ram and his family are so kind and generous. And went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. I was in a room with a firm bed and he switched me out right away. He helped me to get to places out of the way. I am incredibly grateful for his caring and attentive responses. Ram & his family made my stay Great! Their place is great valve for the low budget traveler. You can sit out in front of your room and chill looking out at their lovely garden for some peace and quiet. And the river & town are just walking distance. The animal hospital and information centre are a stone's throw away. The rooms are clean and the bed is decent. And I was able to get my laundry done.

Def a place to visit while being in Nepal, but I somehow got the feeling that the locality has lost a lot of its soul with increasing commercialization of tourism. I heard that before all the tourist lodges were built, Rhino could regularly be seen in Sauraha itself.
Recommend to visit, maybe for 2-3 nights at best.

It was really what you expect in a Lodge surrounded by nature.
All the atmosphere is really familiar and relaxed.
Thanks to Mr Deepak, it was really helpful to organise our Safari day and to arrange the transportation with the taxi and bus tickets.
The food was delicious and prepared at the moment.
The perfect place if you want a little bit of tranquility.

A lovely town that has more more to offer than the National Park.
You could easily spent a day or two visiting surroundiings on a bike or even by foot.
Or spent some hours along the river side. or just walk up and down the main road in the village..

Fantastic hotel located in a nice are of Chitwan. The staff were all fantastic and so helpful! We had help to book onto a jungle trek and a safari during our stay. We were also picked up from the bus station when we arrived (we don't have Internet in Nepal, but they rang the bus stations to find out how many buses had left from Pokhara that day, and rang the driver for updates, and were there to greet us when we arrived!) The food at the hotel was all freshly prepared and really good. Excellent family feel hotel.
Raj goes absolutely above and beyond for everyone- picking all guests up from the bus stop without request, free welcome tours of the town and free transport to places around town, organising really good priced tours, and organising our onward travel. All the guides were lovely and had great knowledge of the national park. I will recommend Hotel Rhino land to everyone I talk to about Chitwan!
The BEST BUDGET Hotel that you will get in Chitwan. Cleanliness, Hygiene, Service and Attention to Details in rooms are top notch.
Just book it without any 2nd thought, if you are lucky you can see wild animals such as rhino or deer near the hotel. We saw both deer and rhino.
And you will be able to meet two angels - Bunte and Jenny.
