We loved this place because the hosts are such lovely people, the food is good and rooms clean. The setting is out of the way, a bit of an uphill climb but the views are stunning.

Manju didi was the BEST, she really knows what hospitality means. And she got smile that can make anybodys day. Very hardworking Didi, as she gave the best rooms with good view and the rooms were very aesthetically beautiful showing proper Newari culture and architecture. Just loved the stay there. Will choose this hotel always when i m around lalitpur area. Hats off to Manju didis hard work - all in one combo didi.

Comfortable stay at the hotel. It is also close to Kathmandu airport, and I enjoyed the scenic drive to the hotel from the airport. The owner and the staff of the hotel are great and take good care of us. I like the hotel's environment and architecture. I love this hotel as it is near Patan Durbar Square, and I enjoy the walk to the museum in Durbar Square. We enjoyed our visit to the zoo and had a great evening at Jhamsikhel, where we enjoyed dinner. I will definitely visit again at Hotel Goodwill.

Mr. Soman (Mr. Somal?) was very supportive with great hospitality. He checked on us if everything was ok once in a while. We also had trouble contacting our travel agency, however he helped us through and we got to our destination smoothly.

Location was great - close to cultural sites and business (I was travelling for the latter). Very friendly staff and good atmosphere. I stayed with a colleague, with whom I had also stayed at another hotel nearby - which is the kind we would usually stay at, with a more corporate/conference feel. We both agreed KGH Patan was a lot better ;-)
