The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was ever a chore and they all were smiling every day. Nabaraj was a great manager who made our stay easy, he was very helpful with anything you needed.
The garden and bar is a fantastic spot to sit and enjoy a meal, a drink or just relax.

It was our 4th visit in 2 years in Hotel Yambu. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I can say the same for the owner Mr. Raj. They are very flexible with check in and checkout. We landed in KTM airport at 6:30 am and arrived early at hotel. The hotel let us check in at 9:00 am and offered us free breakfast while we were waiting for our room to be ready.
The location was very convenient, 5 min walk from Thamel center and the tourist bus stop to Pokhara and Chitwan.
I also like the 24-hour airport pickup and drop off service that they provide for very reasonable price of Rs. 1000.
During our last visit to Nepal, my little nephew was travelling alone from Pokhara to Kathmandu. His phone died during the 13-hour long bus journey and I couldn't contact him. I was little worried as it was his first visit to Nepal. I contacted the hotel owner Mr. Raj and asked him if he could send someone to pick my nephew at the Balaju bus stop. He sent someone to pick up my nephew on my last-minute request. I want to thank Mr. Raj again for this.

Front office team was amazing and always helpful and welcoming. The room was beautiful, spacious and all amenities placed tightly.
The location is perfect close to Boudha stupa just walking distance and very peaceful and serene.
Security staff very welcoming and professional.
Very eager to come back to this property , I would highly recommend this hotel .
