Lovely quiet countryside location. Not quite sure what it’s trying to be! Eco hotel/museum/art gallery.
Room was comfortable and clean, the restaurant served good food and breakfast, the staff were pleasant enough, although it wouldn’t hurt to give a slightly warmer welcome. Perhaps an explanation as to what they are trying to achieve.
Another very good hotel in Norway with the added bonus of being in a lovely area. In the grounds is a church and historical Norwegian buildings and a open air theatre. Very modern building, clean large room, the evening meal was good as was the breakfast. Nice walk around the area. I liked it!
