I liked the location; the dinner was good. The beds were comfortable. I liked very much the kids' zone, billiard, tennis, and very huge TV. Also, there was a hammock for kids outdoors and a patio. The room was quite large.

I liked the tiny patio attached to each room. It was very pleasant on a hot day. the rooms are simple but clean and serve their purpose.
I liked the access to free hot drinks during the day and early evening.
The breakfast was superb and set in a lovely dining room with those beautiful views of the mountains and the Ffjord.
There is easy access to the village with a path or road down to the village. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The Ulvik cideries were fantastic. Walking, biking, and jogging around the town and the surrounding area was so fantastic. One of the farms has an Excellent bakery that is open on Friday afternoon (only for a few hours that one day). Kayaking in the fjord was incredible. Exploring the surrounding areas and waterfalls was simply amazing. Great hikes all around. The town has limited options for groceries and places to eat out, but nevertheless provides everything needed. Definitely worth a visit for a quiet spot to explore the beautiful nature of Norway.
Fantastic location with a Fjord view from the room location. On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful with a young gentleman giving a guided tour of the hotel and the facilities. The views from the hotel are spectacular and provide an elevated view across the Fjord. Walking distance to the Ulvik pier and centre area and a short walk to the local store.
We were lucky and we slept in newly renovated room with amazing view. We enjoyed breakfast that exceeded our expectations. In hotel there is a game room we enjoyed as well. Last but not least, staff is absolutely helpful and friendly. :-)
