- The hotel was nearly empty the day we were in. We booked the best room rather central room at the first floor (upstairs) with a balcony facing the view. It was really superb. It is to note that not all the rooms are alike and a proportion are on the road. - For the dinner we had a buffet. Exceptional. Sea and meat. Wide selection. Very good. - The breakfeast buffet was also very good. - The surrounding village and countryside.

We were looking for a stopover between Stavanger and Bergen. Nice location along the fjord, we rented a fully equipped cabin, very clean and comfortable for 3 people. We rented a fishing rod and even managed to catch 3 macquerels for our dinner. Nice experience. To go back to Bergen we deviated from E39 and drove to Vage as an alternative, nice ride in the countryside.

Simple 3 star hotel, but in very good shape, like new. And there was a fridge in the room!!! Friendly staff, car park just in front, breakfast included. Supermarket a few steps next to the hotel. Calm. All in all a good place outside the town.

Great place to stay. View was fantastic and the cabin was amazing. Stayed there with my friend during Christmas. The place have all the things you need for a relaxing stay. The hosts are very helpful, they got us in contact with a local fellow that sold us some fresh cod for Christmas eve. I would love to go back during the summer. Great memory for life.

Beautiful place and garden to stay with kids. They could play in the garden and forest around. From the house you walk easy to the most beautiful trails with impressive waterfall to the lake ( also accessible on the boat we could use, which is lovely) House was very clean and cosy. Also bbq facilities and terrace outside really nice. Very kind host. Super stay.
