Stavanger is absolutely beautiful. I would live here in a heartbeat. So much to see and do and the nature is stunning. Lovely city, just the right size. Super easy to get around and the Phileas Fogg restaurant was amazing!

Stavanger is beautiful, though I'm not sure I would feel the same if it were cruise ship season. We were lucky that we got clear views across the port for 2 out of the 3 nights we were there, as there was only one ship in overnight, but it can get busy apparently. Lots of lovely walks, and a trip our to Lysfjord is a must. We also got the local bus to the Sverd i Fjord, which I loved seeing. Vibrant restaurants and bars, and lots of great street art.

Stavanger is a nice Norwegian port city.

Stavanger is a nice Norwegian port city. It is mostly visited by cruise ships and has lots of shopping and tourist types of businesses in the center. Most all Norwegian brands are represented. The center of the town has a romantic feeling. There are numerous restaurant choices with excellent quality. Prices are high but it is Norway.

After 3 days at Bergen went for a day there. Nice harbour front, not to be missed is the Oil & Gas museum by the waterfront. Can spend hours there understanding how oil shaped Norway's economy. Lots of good places to eat and shop. Definitely a place to cover if you are into oil and gas in any way.

Stavanger is a lovely small city with a lot of nice restaurants and shops. From Stavanger you can easily go to Preikestolen to hike which i recommend everybody. I've eaten in multiple restaurants and bars and they are all worth it! But, for a non-Scandinavian person, the prices are very high.

I would like to give a compliment to Mr. Daniel. He gave me and my family such a very warm welcome and beautiful smile. He also recommend tourist attraction and some good restaurant to us. And what I like about the hotel is the location, we took a bus from Stavanger airport and the bus stop is not far from the hotel. The breakfast is with a variety of choice, the test is also good. The room temperature was very stable and keep you not too warm from the cold temperature outside.

Good, straightforward, and clean but pretty standard for a hotel in Norway. Breakfast was included and quite OK, but it was really crowded on opening due to a large party leaving early.
