Charming wood floors, comfortable bed and serviceminded owner :)
Headed to Sarpsborg on a road trip to catch the football so had booked any reasonably priced hotel for the night. It's fair to say this hotel surprised us. Slightly out of the centre (albeit a pleasant 15 minute walk to the stadium) we arrived at the hotel to self check in (very convenient) and to a standard room, tidy and clean. The hotel interior is nice, giving off a wooden cabin vibe (a la Twin Peaks). Breakast was a mix of cooked and continental. Very nice.
Location good, 5 minutes walk from town centre/Storbyen shopping centre and 8mins walk from Kulåsparken (our main reason for being in town was to attend Sarpsborgfestivalen). Decent breakfast with options for everyone, friendly staff.
Rooms were comfy, quiet and had everything you needed. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was really exceptionally good. Great location in central Sarpsborg.
