We stayed here as a layover on our trip south. Best option in Orkanger, Close to the centre, historical building. Clean rooms and overall a professional hotel. Nice breakfast and good value for money I would say. I loved that fresh coffee served to guests in the lobby at 6am - good for us early risers.
This property is in Orkanger, next to the Orkla River and a 5-minute walk from the center. It offers cottages with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with flat-screen TV.

Really pretty cabin! It was small, which we expected, byt still had two separate bedrooms which was very important to us. We did not expect a playground, so that was a very nice surprise when traveling with a child. It was fairly large and I'd say it suits kids in most ages. Very friendly staff.

It's our second stay and we would come again. Easy auto check in and check out. Excellent communication with the owner. The house is worm, cosy and spotless clean. The parking place is just in front of the house. There is a washing machine for longer stays. The location is also good, quiet place a few steps from the old wooden church and the shopping center in Orkanger and just next to a beautiful park. Trondheim is 40 min away.
Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood of Orkanger
•Renovated two-story villa with all one might need for a comfortable stay
•Great communication with the host who was easy to reach and friendly
•Exceptional bathroom with a beautiful full bathtub (that we unfortunately didn’t have time to use)
•Very good bed in the Master Bedroom, we slept incredibly well
•Fully equipped kitchen
•Clean and tidy
It's a beautiful ancient hotel with a story. I stayed in a hut in the backyard with own access and possibility to park right outside the door.
The breakfast was good, with the classic selection of options, but nothing special.
