Nice room with a balcony and plenty of room. Lots of hiking and walking trails right outside the hotel. Lots of people taking advantage of spa facilities which we did not, but we did enjoy the hiking. Parking was free.

Located in Hamremoen, right by Krøderfjorden, Kroderen Kro & motel AS features free WiFi access and free private parking. The family-owned motel is 3.1 mi from Noresund, while Hønefoss is 19 mi away.

Very basic room but good value for the price. Like a Motel 6. Friendly staff. Right on lake with nice views and swimming dock. Restaurant had an excellent dinner served cafeteria style. Included breakfast was very good. All in all great place to stop over between Bergen region and Oslo.
The hotel is right next to the ski slopes, great location for a ski trip. The room was spacious and the views were great.
There is a pool with 2 jacuzzi and 2 saunas that was included in the price of the room, which was nice. There is also a SPA centre, but it comes for additional price and we haven't checked it.
The breakfast and the Christmas buffet at the hotel restaurant were great, although Christmas buffet was pricey (200 eur for 2 people)
Excellent buffet breakfast, wide choice of food on offer - very well prepared and something for everyone. Location was perfect, ski-in ski-out. Also ski rental was waiting for us in the excellent lockers and ski passes were easily collected from one of two machines in the hotel. Plenty of underground, heated parking available with a high availability of EV charge points
This beautiful place had everything a good hotel would have with the comfortable atmosphere as staying with friends. It is not always open so we felt us lucky when we happened to find it just right time.
