This was a great apartment and I can't understand why the reviews aren't higher. Ample space, amazing facilities - pool, table tennis etc and as far as we could tell - very clean. Yes, it is eerily quiet (it is an abandoned ski resort) but explained by the fact that the apartments are privately owned and only a few are available for rent. Had a great night there.

The room was basic hostel type accommodation, but very comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. The scenery is indescribable and I would have stayed for a week if I could have, just to gaze at the mountains and fjord.

The small house was great and very warm for our stay I wish I knew it before so we could stay more… the location was amazing and the view stunning. The parking outside the house was very convenient as well.

Well equipped, clean, there is a heater in all rooms, many bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, large terrace , good WiFi.

We had planned a 5 day trip by staying in Myrkdalen and exploring Flåm and around. We did drive everyday which was a bit hectic. One or two extra days with relaxing and hiking locally would have been better.
