A beautiful town and the hotel is in an ideal location. It’s being renovated and our room was freshly decorated and well proportioned. Bar was excellent and the “small plates” well beyond expectation.

I did not have breakfast. The kitchen staff waved me away and did not want to talk to me, and when I asked for the rooms she just ran off.

On main road and close to an industrial area but no noise problems. Plenty of parking. Nice cold evening meal provided, and good breakfast including hot food. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Mainly a business hotel quite small. Large communal dining room area for general use, and bar available. Very reasonably priced. Beds and pillows good. There are steps up to the reception and no lift in the hotel. There are ground floor rooms.

Mosjøen is a very cute place.

Mosjøen is a very cute place. Its located in a beautiful scenery, next to a fjord and mountains, the center is small with many old traditional wooden houses, get ready for cuteness overload. If you prefer shopping, there's a huge shopping mall next to the center, too. To reach Mosjøen, you can take the train as well. The place is worth a look at.

Mosjøen is a nice old city in the middle of Norway, With a lot of history, back to when it was a trade center for Helgeland. There is also a couple of museums, and a lot of old houses cituated at the river who runs through the city. And a lot of cafes and restaurants in the old town Sjøgato.

    Mosjøen was a real surprise.

Mosjøen was a real surprise. Loved Sjøgata, the shops, cafes and bakery. We were however disappointed by the inaccurate information on the website in connection with the Zip line. We arrived at the meet up point and when no one appeared I phoned the operators and was told that they had closed for the autumn, a week before the date on the website...suggest that despite the fact that you can't book, ring and check that the zip line is in operation before you drive 6 hours!

We arrived completely soaked riding through rain all afternoon and we were greeted warmly, no frowns, and they offered we could put our wet riding gear in a cellar room to dry. Motorcycle riders will appreciate this :-) We had received a message with our booking that a buffet dinner was included in the price and that was very convenient as it was still raining in the evening. Buffet breakfast was nice. Parking in the front and the back of the hotel.

Cozy hotel with history, gorgeous views of the fjords right in front of our window. Delicious dinner, very good breakfast. They shower was heaven due to the strong pressure of the water. Been 2 weeks in Norway, in many 4 stars hotels. This one I enjoyed very much.

Great value for money, very spacious, more than we hoped for. Price-performace very good. But keep in mind it is not a 300 euros per night hotel and just enjoy it :)

Good location near old town. Kitchenette. Comfortable bed. The property is the lower floor of a house with 3 other units rather than a hotel building

I appreciate Norvegian tradition of wooden house building, however, it should be considered as unsuitable for hotels.
