Loved the location! Really beautiful views of fields out every window. The communal kitchen had everything one could need and more (oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker), with space to store our things. The keycard tapping was nifty too.

The room was very spacious, with all required amenities, including an electric kettle available. Everything was automated, even the room heater. Since it was centrally located, there was easy access to food options till late night.
The bathroom floor was also heated, which felt great in the cold weather.

Nice room, we got a room high up so we had a nice view. Bathroom is fairly small but very clean. Breakfast was excellent, huge selection.

This was our second stay at the Britannia. It was as absolutely fabulous as the first time - if not better! This is a hotel that is worthy of its five stars. The attention to detail from room amenities, to the cleanliness (everywhere), to the lack of scuff marks/stains on carpets/furniture, to an amazing breakfast in the most beautiful room, and to the most incredibly friendly and helpful staff …the list could go on! The location is perfect - great for sightseeing. The choice of restaurants either within the hotel or nearby is great. We chose to return to Trondheim and the Britannia, specifically, to celebrate our anniversary - it did not disappoint! Thank you to all at the Britannia for making our stay so special!!
