The value for its price is crazy good for Norway, I didn’t find anything that was bad. I especially like the location, only around 15 minutes to Stavanger city centre by bus(even at night), if you buy 24h pass for basic zone you can go into some neighbouring towns too, very exciting!

Overlooking Lake Breiavatnet, Thon Hotel Maritim offers free Wi-Fi, a popular buffet breakfast with organic options and rooms with cable TV. Stavanger Train and Bus Station is a 3-minute walk away.
Madla is a residential area, basically. A suburb of Stavanger. It is OK for cyclists and drivers but it is rather spread out and tricky to get around if you are on foot. It is a beautiful semi-rural seaside spot if the weather is fine.
