Nice location, near the ski slopes and trails. Beautiful nature. Away from big centers and calm. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need is there. The owner Arne is very friendly and accommodating!

The hotel is located very close to the border with Sweden in a quite place. The room's and hotel's common areas interior is lovely. The breakfast was nice, with very tasty bread and nice coffee. Shower was ok, would benefit from a bit of modernisation (at least shower head which was very outdated in my room). When I didn't have neighbours I had a wonderful sleep.

What truly set this stay apart were the hosts, Bart and Ellen. They were nothing short of fantastic, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their knowledge of the area is unparalleled, and they provided me with excellent directions and tips for hiking in the nearby trails, ensuring I made the most of my time in the area. Their warmth and hospitality added a personal touch that made me feel right at home. And then there was the food. Ellen is a culinary wizard, and the dinner she prepared was simply divine. Every dish was crafted with care, bursting with flavor, and made from the freshest local ingredients. It was the perfect end to a perfect day. If you're looking for a getaway that combines luxury, nature, and exceptional hospitality, Villa Fregn should be at the top of your list. My stay was nothing short of amazing, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Good restaurant, own beer brewery, good central location lots to do and see. Friendly staff. Very clean. Easy checkin and check out.

Well organized self check-in procedure, spacious room with comfortable beds, very good breakfast opinions even there weren't many guests in the hotel, surprisingly quiet location within walking distance from town centre.
