The location of this is easy to find - not far off the E18. The room is basic, and beds comfy. No issues with communication. There are food vans, and a Bunnpris supermarket just across the road - very handy. The breakfast was more than ample. Grimstad is a lovely little seaside town.

Due to a snow storm we were unable to make it to the boat in Kristansand and this was our luck. We were able to add 2 more bonus days to our holiday at the last minute. And a bonus was the stay at the very friendly hospitable hotel Lillesand for sure. Stayed 2 nights in the suite in the quaint, kest-decorated picturesque village of Lillesand. Highly recommended.
The breakfast was phenomenal. I loved how each table received a tower of different breakfast items to choose from. All were fantastic.
The traditional touches in the lobby, restaurant, and rooms were what really made the hotel stand out to me.
Very nice hotel in a lovely place. The people are very friendly and helpfull. We could sit with our dog in the lounge which is a very comfortable place to stay.
