One of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel! Rooms with two bunk beds are perfect for a family.
The personnel at the reception was very nice throughout the whole stay.
Great location, walking distance from the airport, just look for a not so obvious underpass after the parking garage.

Relatively cheap, very complete & nice breakast, staff, view in one direction from the restaurant.
Strange arangement of the hotel which the business part is located across a highway...the room beeing on the north side.

The cabin is located on a farm with horses and chickens, which I absolutely adored and went to greet every morning and evening. Whole place looks magical, especially during snow season. Roads were good and safe, we had no problem getting in and out, even caught a glimpse of a moose chilling in the trees.
The house is comfortable and adorable, it has all the kitchen equipment you might need, an oven to bake some fresh breadrolls in the morning and pots and pans for making dinner. You can find a box with reflective bands and headlamps for walking at night - it’s the first time I encountered something like this and I appreciate the thought a lot.
If you worry that there are not enough reviews and are not sure if it’s a good place for you - stop worrying and book your stay. Nothing beats the price and the quality. Thanks again to the house owners, we had a magical time 😊

This was really the best! Nice house, plenty of room, perfect historical feeling and nice and clean of course. We had the best stay here and the place is awesome.

It's a lovely old art-nouveau style hotel. Views are very nice and the hotel is located right at the lake. Staff was very friendly and we also had some good drinks at the bar and felt well taken care off. It is the only real hotel-option in the area and I can recommend it to anyone who is staying in Selbu.

I was at Hell to see the Hell round for the world rallycross championship, I spent Friday exploring Trondheim as well, the town was great and very easy to get to, with the frequent running train service from the airport to there, in Hell. There’s a decent shopping centre and a few little fast food restaurants, an iconic place to stop and visit is definitely Hell, gods expedition, don’t forget to get your passport stamped at the hell post office too!

The hotel location is near to the airport but the way is a bit tricky especially if you are walking with luggage as no public transport available to reach hotel, The dIt is around 400 meters, We landed at 11:00 pm night, Take left from the airport & reach near the train station gate & go down through the walking tunnel & you will reach the hotel, I have attached some photographs for reference that will help other to find the tunnel way.
Important info : It is difficult to get a mobile phone sim card nearby gas stations/airport
Everything was perfect, the room was amazing.
Proximity to the airport was a bonus especially when arriving late (check-in possible any time compared to other hotels).
Breakfast was varied and consistent + available early in the morning (4h30) from the receptionist.
The breakfast. The best selection I’ve ever had!
The “child check in”, and the sweet treats children get (this time it was lollypops, last time ice cream. It makes it special) My children “insist” on staying in Scandinavia hotels whenever we are in Norway.
