This lovely apartment looks exactly as per the pictures on the internet. It’s beautifully decorated, comfortable and well equipped. It’s in a quiet location on an island north of Alesund now connected to the mainland by bridges and tunnels (tolls apply). A perfect spot for either a rest or an adventure, depending on what you’re looking for. Its about an hours drive away from Alesund and there’s no direct connection on public transport so it’s a good day trip but not close by. It was a perfect spot for us to just rest and recharge, make some home cooked meals in the lovely kitchen and watch the weather change whilst taking a break from the car. There was no tv which is a blessing or not depending on your point of view. There are a few games here and lots of books albeit mostly in German. Owners were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Good value for money, big room with lots of space. Even though the location is unattended, the presence of a fully equipped kitchen and simple dining room was nice.

Beautiful place. There is everything for relaxation. Nearby there is a beautiful beach and the sea. Quiet and peaceful place. Friendly owners. If you have the opportunity to visit the islands and stay there for night, do it.

Very nice staff, and very good placement of the hotel, almost everything (restaurants, shops) are a walking distance. Hotel also sits on the seaside. Nice breakfast too. There’s discount to the local pool.
