The staff at the reception and during breakfast were friendly and helpful. Not a grumpy person in sight. :)
The breakfast was delicious, fresh and plentiful: hot and cold, sweet and savoury. A mixture of Norwegian, American and European (for lack of a better word) breakfast foods. Lots of different juices, yoghurt drinks, tea and coffee.
I knew the room was small but for my needs it was absolutely enough. There were several clothes hangers, a drawer underneath the bed to store some of my clothes. There was also enough space on the floor for my luggage.
There was a small electric heater in the room and a window to let some fresh air in. The walls looked like they were freshly painted and the furniture looked new and clean as did the whole room and bathroom. The bathroom was also big enough for me.
There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and several tram stops close by. You can walk easily to the center or the train station.
I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was fantastic! Oh yom! Just try to avoid the rush by getting there early or later (Read the note in the elevator for perfect timings!)
