It was great to find a place to stay on the journey from Lofoten to Senja this time of year. It's a huge place, the key was left at the desk, no one was around. Maybe one other room was taken but we didn't see them. Our room was down two long corridors, felt sort of spooky. Clean rooms, really uncomfortable bed, not good for people with back problems. Nice breakfast. Had a sauna but we couldn't tell if we were supposed to use it, no one to ask.

A cozy unit with everything you need. Very quiet and peaceful stay. You are right at the waterfront and you can see the northern lights if the weather is good. If there are instructions provided regarding how to use the stove, that will be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay. Communication with the host was good :)
Oct 17, 2023. Hike up to the SnolkeHytte was beautiful, steep, snowy, icy...almost never-ending. Great views at the top. Snolkehytte was nice. The hike back down to the car was icy and tricky ;). Took lots of photos.
