Location is great for exploring Oslo. The location is quiet and safe, next to the castle, but still right in the middle of where you want to be. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Staff is always polite and welcoming. One of a few hotels in the capital with a pool, a great place for the young ones to burn some energy and feel appreciated. The breakfast buffet is large and of excellent quality. The danish man who always greets us welcome there is a rare breath of fresh air that serves every guest a healthy portion of good mood in the morning. The sky bar is a nice place to visit and enjoy a glass and the view.

We loved our stay at Forneblu! We highly recommend it for the easy access to town (direct bus close to the hotel that took around 25 mins), friendly staff, lovely walks near the water and the most delicious breakfast!
I liked the size of the hotel and the beds were comfortable and the fact that they have few spots for charging electric vehicles and the staff were friendly and attentive and the sound proofing was pretty good in the rooms.
