A wonderful house with a hospitable owner! Excellent for children, there is a trampoline nearby in the forest, near a lake and a forest, we stayed for 1 night on the way to the fjords and did not regret it. I like the location and the view from the shared balconies. And utensils and pictures inside the house.

In a perfect location in the middle of Fagernes, on the lake shore. We had a large room with a balcony overlooking the lake. The hotel has an attractive garden, large terraces and spacious bar and restaurant areas. Scandic specialise in enormous breakfast buffets where you can have more or less anything you want, if you want !
Perfect location for our purposes. This is a big hotel but very easy check-in and -out. Sadly the reastaurant was closed when we were there, but there are plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby.

Scandic breakfast was wonderful as usual. The location of the hotel is perfect also when you travel by bus. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating - I could check in earlier than the check in time on my booking.
Location good for Fagernes- we were only passing through to break up a long drive so didn’t have huge expectations. Room was ok. Nice to have heated floor in bathroom. Check in staff very helpful and friendly
