The owners are lovely people who were very helpful. The staff food and service excellent. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in the last 2 months of our travels. Comfortable beds , clean rooms and central to town- so glad we came and would recommend highly.

The location is next to none! Right on the fjord with is own jetty from which to watch the sunset, beautiful.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the Elk burger was lovely.
Sadly I’m unlikely to travel this way again, but if I did, I would head straight here.

Fantastic! Literally the cleanest place I've ever stayed in. Everything was brand new and sparkling. The area was gorgeous, the beds were very confortable, the shower pressure was perfect. Couldn't ask for more!

I recommend this place for rest. you can stay in a motorhome and in houses. were here in July, stayed for two nights in house number 4. the house has everything for a family stay. two bedrooms with 5 beds, kitchen, toilet, shower, small terrace, parking near the house. the host is friendly. me and my family enjoyed our stay at this camping.

Excellent camping site with loads of activities, making it impossible to get bored. Great staff helping us with all our questions. Kids Club is also very nice, especially laser tag and archery. Having Mineralparken nearby as well, brings yet more activities to the table. A bit further down the road is gocarting. I would recommend a trip to this place.
We really liked the antique charm of the hotel and the way the recent renovations on the ground floor keep the general atmosphere intact while still adding a fresh touch. We recommend that you contact the hotel and ask for a room with a view to the river since you can't directly book it here.
I liked the staff they were professional and did everything they could and prepared breakfast when I told them I had to be up before breakfast.

Evje is a nice little town
Very nice room with a wonderful lake view and mountains beyond. Coffee maker was a nice addition. As a budget solo bikepacker this hotel was priced a little above my comfort zone but the impressive buffet breakfast made up for the "discomfort". All good wholesome food.
