We were driving to Lofoten and we weren't sure where we would end up needing a place to stay. I found The Little Yellow House and booked it a couple hours before we arrived. We loved the hosts, the house, and Felix :) We were exhausted and they provided us an incredibly comfortable room and a hot shower. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Excellent location close to the airport. Big house and big kitchen. Good price for being Norway. You will find lot of food left by the previous guests as this house is usually the last place to stay after a trip to Lofoten.

Evenskjer is a quiet town just at the entrance of Lofoten. The main road is not going through, so it is calm from the traffic. During winter, there is not much to do here, but still a nice experience if you like snow and christmas vibes. There are grocery stores open all day. If you're lucky, you can catch the Northern lights also.

The hotel is well located for an early airport departure. Staff were friendly. Tea and coffee were available and you could get an evening meal. Rooms were practical with breakfast included. Views over the river were lovely.
