One week wasn't enough
Tynset Rom & Camping is located in central Tynset. Its brightly decorated rooms include free WiFi access, a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. Tynset Train Station is 500 metres away.

Excellent breakfast. Perfect overnight stop on journey north.
This is not run as a commercial hotel and the volunteers are really really nice people and it would be wrong to compare it to a professional entity in hospitallity. I would say its more like staying with someone in their home, especially at breakfast where you can find a few basics. My room was a single quite small but it had everything.. on the second floor the hot water can take an age to come through so would recommend running the cold off in the sink before your shower otherwise the toilet area will get a wet floor. I would stay again
