We liked this place very much - a perfect location for Pieterpad hikers, we had a wonderful rest before hitting the road again. The breakfast was amazing - the most delicious bread I have ever tasted!
And the hotel manager was super nice and friendly! 10 out of 10.

Everything. The place was like a Paradise. We enjoyed the silence and the birds singing. The owner Anke was very friendly and kind and she waited for us even though we arrived at 10 pm. She gave us bikes and indicated the bike routes and the surroundings. Really great time spent at the B&B Schipborg. We will come back.

A perfect place to spend some time in Zuidlaren. Centrally located, spotlessly clean, good sized rooms, great breakfast, friendly and helpful owners - what more could you want? We loved our stay in Hoeve de Vredenhof. Zuidlaren is a great place to do some walking, cycling and bird watching. It has a wide variety of restaurants to choose from and great coffee. We will come back and stay at Hoeve de Vredenhof.
Eric is a very friendly host, everything is in place and prepared with great care, very clean and comfortable. The location is also very central in Zuidlaren which is a very quiet village only a short bus ride to Groningen. Lovely breakfast buffet as well. Really enjoyed my stay and chatting with Eric. Will book again next time I’m in Groningen.
Very quiet location ‘down town’ Zuidlaren - very cosy converted farm house, simple ( few nice remote controls 😎) - clean , stylish and very homely!
