We had to stay near our family in Zoetermeer because their small flat could not accommodate us. It was very convenient . We loved the staff nothing was too much for them. Last minute booking due to unplanned stay before crossing to UK turned into very pleasant night in Zoetermeer. Hotel staff made us feel very welcome, they were very helpful and professional. Hotel is clean, rooms spacious, well equipped, situated in very quiet location, easy to reach by car, has underground parking and accepts pets.

I was travelling with three small dogs with the aim of attending an international dog show nearby. The hotel made an exception for me in how many dogs are accepted in the room, went out of their way to make both me and my dogs comfortable (water bowl, bed and treats for the dogs). The staff at reception were very welcoming, and even as the dogs were not allowed in the restaurant, I was invited to settle down for dinner in the bar area. I would definitely return!
Clean, comfortable and friendly professional staff. Single beds quite small but comfortable. Good shower in compact bathroom. Good breakfast selection with fresh fruit and option of cooked to order eggs. Short walk to Zoetermeer East station for good access to The Hague.
Owner was very accommodating, went out and beyond her way getting me to and from public transportation points. As I traveled without own transportation, and was unfamiliar with Zoetermeer's streetscape.
